If you've got any questions, queries, ideas, suggestions, requests, comments, feedback... even complaints, please let us know and we'll bend over backwards to help (but please don't take it literally: we are not Olympic gymnasts!) 

For those uncomfortable about ordering online, please feel free to fax us (we do suggest e-mailing us to let us know as interstate or international phone numbers can be confusing) If faxing us, please write everything as clearly and deeply as possible otherwise we may have trouble reading your letter or order when it arrives. (a friendly reminder: please include your e-mail address so that we can confirm your order)

Please do NOT provide any credit card information by e-mail because it is not secure. 

If paying by bank cheque, please make it payable to Mason's Maps. (also please note that due to the high fees our bank now charges for check processing, there is a supplementary charge of US$7.95 for clearing orders made by cheque) 

If ordering by mail, please don't forget to provide us with all your relevant credit card information including your exact name, card number, expiry date and CVC number (the last 3 digits on the back of your card) - Also please include your e-mail address so we can contact you when confirming your order.

After receiving your snail-mail order, we will send an e-mail verifying your order and all charges applicable (we will not include any credit card information on your e-mail) before shipping. (receipts also do not provide any credit card information other than your name and the LAST four digits of your card number)

**The CVC number was introduced as a means to counter credit card fraud where a card number is obtained from an imprint of a credit card. As the CVC number only appears on the back of the card, it cannot be obtained from an imprint.
