Testimonials (propaganda?!?)

One of the nicest aspects of running a business is receiving positive feedback from the people below. Receiving mails like these always gives me a big lift and helps make me feel as though I'm really doing something worthwhile. We'd slipped up big-time with overlooking - and eventually forgetting all about his order (yes, we are human too!) and this was our e-mail exchange relating to resolving this matter:

I just received your e-mail and I just checked back with our orders - it looks like we never processed or sent your order - and for that, I sincerely apologise - I will freely admit that we stuffed up big-time.
  
How it slipped past us, I do not know - we've got the map in stock so sending it should have been a snap!
  
Anyway I will process and ship your order right now - personally...
  
Your credit card, though, has NOT been billed so at least you won't have to worry about any extra interest charges for that.
  
I'll get onto it right now and e-mail you with confirmation of shipping plus your tracking

We received an e-mail from Sandra asking if we could possibly organise gift wrapping for a large map she'd ordered as a birthday gift for a friend in Ireland. This we were more than happy to do and the map actually arrived the day before his birthday! This was her response: 

Just wanted to let you know that John Burke received his map on Nov. 21, one day before his birthday. He called me yesterday and he is thrilled with his present. Mason, I want you to know that I really appreciate all your help in getting this map ready to mail. You went well beyond what would be expected of you. You made this order so easy to do. Marcy, thanks for letting me know your order arrived as well as your kind words about the stamps we put on the package. When I was a kid, I used to love receiving colorful postage stamps in the mail that I could add to my collection. Therefore, it's why I take the extra time to place actual postage stamps on our mailing tubes rather than postage franked labels. 

I forgot to tell you I thought the stamps on the mailing tube were great.
Thanks for being so thoughtful to send such a charming package.  Not only
will the map be treasured but also the stamps.

Occasionally, we're out of stock of a particular map.  In this case, Michael wanted a large World Map and we'd just sold out of that type of map. Therefore, I e-mailed Michael to let him know that we would NOT bill his credit card until new stock arrived when we would process and mail his order - this was his response.
